Optics
Scope Mounting

Install bases and rings on drilled and tapped receiver, level scope, torque to specs with Loctite on all cap threads and boresight. Free with scope purchase.
Drill and tap for mounts

Drill and tap receiver @ $20/hole with a $60 maximum. Hardened receivers extra.
Sight-in

Take gun to range and zero scope at desired distance up to 200 yds. with specific ammo if desired. Ammo is extra unless provided by customer.
Rifle Work
Trigger Swap/Adjust

Adjust trigger to desired weight and feel or replace . All screws will be sealed to prevent movement after adjustment and no trigger will be adjusted to an unsafe setting. Any springs or additional parts are extra. Please note that we may have to charge extra for any additional labor required to remove any extra/uncommon items including aftermarket stocks, grips, safeties, etc.
Thread Barrel

Turn barrel and single point thread to desired thread size and pitch with a generous undercut at rear of threads. If barrel is easily removable and I have headspace gauges on hand, I will remove barrel and thread it between centers at no extra charge. Barrel can be cut and crowned at this time for an additional $25. Heavy barrels are also $25 extra.
Re-Barrel with blank

Blank will be fit to action, chambered, cut to length, crowned, threaded if desired, and either polished or blasted to desired finish before installation and headspacing. (Bluing or coating is extra as are any tool, gauge, or reamer rentals and blueprinting is NOT included.)

Rates for Common Repairs
Hourly Shop Rate
$100/Hr.
This is our hourly rate for repairs that don't fall under a specific category. This can include repairs on unfamiliar/unusual guns, removing broken/damaged screws, or unusual circumstances requiring actual clock time. Half hour minimum on most jobs.
Test Fire/Function Test
Varies
This includes test firing/function testing a customer's firearm if the customer does not want to do it themselves. This includes taking the firearm to a suitable place to test, labor to perform the testing, any needed repairs /adjustments that need to be performed, etc. Ammunition is Not included and it is recommended that customers supply their own to avoid breaking full boxes at added expense.

Includes either modifying existing trigger/action for lighter, smoother pull or installing aftermarket trigger kit/springs. Does NOT include parts! May vary with models.
Disassemble/Re-Assemble for Coating

Disassemble as needed for coating. Includes removing coating from slide rails, pins, and screws as needed for re-assembly.

Remove Choke Tubes

Remove over tightened or rusted choke tubes. Additional labor may apply depending on actual time needed. Per each!
